摘要
目的:探讨和研究护理风险管理措施用于肿瘤科的效果,为提高护理质量、保证患者安全提供参考。方法研究对象选取为2012年全年肿瘤科703名患者和2013年全年肿瘤科879名患者,于2013年起实施护理风险管理,分析2012年肿瘤科存在的不安全因素和风险事件,针对性的提出改进措施,对比实施前后的风险事件发生率和患者的护理满意度。结果2013年风险事件发生率为0.42%,显著低于2012年的1.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);从患者护理满意度来看,2013年患者满意度为99.4%,显著高于2012年的95.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤科的护理风险因素主要包括心态因素、技术因素、化疗风险等,对这些原因进行汇总和分析,提出针对性的改进策略能够有效的提高护理质量和患者满意度,护理风险管理效果显著,值得在临床上推广和应用。
Objective To explore and study the nursing risk management measures for oncology effect,to improve the quality of care,to provide reference for patient safety.Methods the research object for the full year of 2012 Department of tumor in 703 patients and 879 patients with tumor of the year 2013,in 2013 since the implementation of nursing risk management,analysis of the existing 2012 oncology unsafe factors and risks,put forward the improvement measures,compared before and after the implementation of the risk event and nursing satisfaction rate of patients.Results in 2013 the risk event occurrence rate is 0.42%,significantly lower than 1.86%in 2012,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);from the nursing of patient satisfaction,patient satisfaction in 2012 was 99.4%,significantly higher than that of 2011 95.1%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the risk factors of nursing oncology including psychological factors,technical factors,risk of chemotherapy,summary and Analysis on these reasons,propose targeted strategies can effectively improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction,the effect of nursing risk management greatly,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
