摘要
目的:研究瑞舒伐他汀联合低分子肝素钠治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效.方法:选取我院收治的原发性肾病综合征患者50例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各25例.对照组单纯予以低分子肝素注射液(5000 IU,qd)治疗,在此基础上,研究组加用瑞舒伐他汀钙片(5 mg,qd)治疗.比较两组临床效果、治疗前后肾功能、血脂指标及凝血功能.结果:研究组临床效果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组肾功能24 h尿蛋白定量(Pr)、血肌酐(SCr)明显低于对照组,血清白蛋白(ALB)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDI-C)、三酰甘油(TG)及总胆固醇(TC)水平、凝血指标D-二聚体(D-D)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:瑞舒伐他汀联合低分子肝素钠治疗原发性肾病综合征的疗效显著,可有效调节患者血脂及凝血功能,促进肾功能恢复.
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of rosuvastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndromes.Methods:50 patients with primary nephrotic syndromes admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,25 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin injection(5000 IU,qd).On this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets(5 mg,qd).The clinical effect,renal functions,blood lipid indexes and coagulation functions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effect in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the renal function 24 h urine protein quantitation(Pr)and serum creatinine(SCr)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the serum level of albumin(ALB)was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDI-C),triacylglycerol(TG)and total cholesterol(TC),coagulation index D-dimer(D-D)and plasma fibrinogen(FIB)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium is significantly effective in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndromes,which can effectively regulate blood lipids and coagulation functions and promote renal function recovery.
