摘要
目的:分析我院灯盏细辛注射液的使用情况,为辅助用药管理工作提供参考。方法:通过对2017年9月—2017年11月随机抽取的187例灯盏细辛注射液病历进行专项点评,分析用药的合理性。结果:灯盏细辛注射液用药总不合理率为39.04%,不合理原因主要为适应症不适宜、无适应症用药及用法用量不合理。进行专项点评工作前后不合理率有所下降。结论:专项点评工作可增强辅助用药的管理,促进灯盏花注射液临床合理用药。
Objective:To analysis the rational use of dengzhanxixin injection and to provide reference for the management of auxiliary medication in the hospital.Methods:187 cases treated with dengzhanxixin injection in three months were randomly selected to special comments.Results:The unreasonable rate of the dengzhanxixin injection was 39.04%,the main reasons for the unreasonableness are the unsuitability of indications,the unreasonableness of indications and dosage.The clinical rational use of medicine was promoted after special comments.Conclusion:The specialized comments can enhance the managent of the adjuvant drugs and rationality of the clinical use of dengzhanxixin injection.
