摘要
随着人类对肠道菌群失调相关性疾病认识的增加,菌群移植已经在近几年成为全球医学研究的热点.目前,粪菌移植已被证实治疗多种疾病有效,包括艰难梭菌感染、炎症性肠病、糖尿病、肿瘤、肝硬化、代谢综合征以及脑肠轴疾病等,这也为菌群和宿主之间的相互作用提供了重要证据.本文主要从临床试验注册趋势、菌群移植已发表文献、粪菌移植适应证的研究进展、菌群移植途径、菌群移植治疗策略以及选择性菌群移植等进行论述.
With the increasing awareness of human diseases associated with gut microbiota,microbiota transplantation has become a hotspot in global medical research in recent years.Fecal microbiota transplantation has been proven to be effective in the treatment of a variety of diseases,including Clostridium difficile infection,inflammatory bowel disease,diabetes,cancer,hepatic cirrhosis,metabolic syndrome and gut-brain disease,which provides important evidence for complicated microbiota-host interaction.This article reviews the trends of clinical trial registration,published literatures on microbiota transplantation,indications for fecal microbiota transplantation,delivering ways of microbiota transplantation,microbiota transplantation strategies,and selective microbiota transplantation.
