摘要
目的 探讨低频颅脑电磁刺激对老年睡眠障碍患者的临床应用.方法 采用自身对照研究,选取2017年3月至2018年3月至老年科住院的37例老年睡眠障碍患者作为研究对象,采用低频颅脑电磁刺激30min/(次·d),连续干预4周,观察患者治疗前后睡眠质量的变化情况.结果 低频颅脑电磁刺激治疗后患者的睡眠潜伏期为(30.12±23.25)min,总睡眠时间为(345.06±22.17)min,睡眠效率为(88.16±9.19)%,中间觉醒时间为(39.31±21.16)min;根据匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表,低频颅脑电磁刺激对老年睡眠障碍患者治疗结果:治愈2例,显效30例,有效5例,无效2例,有效率为94.59%.结论 低频颅脑电磁刺激治疗疗效显著,可延长老年睡眠障碍患者总睡眠时间,缩短睡眠潜伏期时间,减少中间觉醒时间,提高睡眠效率,改善患者睡眠质量.
Objective To investigate the clinical application of transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)in elderly patients with aperiodic sleep disorder.Methods In the self-controlled study,37 elderly patients with aperiodic sleep disorder who were admitted to the geriatric department of our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as subjects.Transcranial magnetic stimulation was used for 30min/time and 1 time/day for 28d continuous intervention and the changes of the patients'sleep quality before and after treatment were observed.Results After transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment,the sleep latency was(30.12±23.25)minutes,the total sleep duration was(445.06±22.17)minutes,the sleep efficiency was(88.16±9.19)%,and the median waking time was(39.31±21.16)minutes.According to the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale,the treatment results of transcranial magnetic stimulation for senile patients with aperiodic sleep disorder were:2 cases were cured,30 cases were marked,5 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 94.59%.Conclusion Transcranial magnetic stimulation has significant curative effect,which can prolong the total sleep time of elderly patients with acyclic sleep disorder,shorten the time of sleep latency,reduce the time of intermediate wake,improve the efficiency of sleep and improve the quality of sleep.
