摘要
面对社会分工更加精细和学生个性更加突出的现实情况,高校毕业生的就业指导工作也面临新的挑战.该文探析了大数据分析技术的应用,为高校大学生的职业生涯规划和就业指导提供更加有效的帮助.基于学生在校期间的学习、生活和活动的各类数据,采用数据挖掘技术对上述数据进行融合分析,从而对大学生的职业发展意愿进行高效明晰的引导,在此基础上,对大学生的职业定位、目标设定和通道设计等职业规划的关键部分进行精准化指导.
Under the situation of accurate social division and more personalized undergraduates,the work for undergraduate employment guidance faces some new challenges.This paper investigates an important problem——how to apply the big data analysis techniques to provide more efficient and effective services of the career planning and employment guidance for the undergraduates,and then presents a feasible scheme to get the career willing of every undergraduate.Specifically,based on various data from the students‘study,daily life and activity,one can employ data mining tools to fuse these data,which leads to an effective and clear user profile of the career willing of every undergraduate.Depending on this user profile,we can make more accurate guidance for three key parts of undergraduates‘career planning.
