摘要
在"双一流"建设背景下,人才资源是高校实施"人才强校"战略的核心.该文基于高校二级学院作为教学和科研一线阵地情境,提出高校二级学院人才引育机制思路,进一步探究高校二级学院人才引育机制路径,要统筹人才"引"和"育"的工作机制,为通过多维度考察后的引进人才专业发展提供良好的政策环境和资源保障.
Human resources are the core of the strategy of"strengthening the university with talents"in the Context of“Double first-class”construction.Based on the situation of secondary colleges as the front line of teaching and research,put forward the mechanism of talents introduction and education of secondary colleges in universities.To further explore the path of talents introduction and education mechanism of secondary colleges in universities,we need to coordinate the work mechanism of talent introduction and education,providing a good policy environment and resource guarantee for the professional development of talents after multi-dimensional investigation.
