青海南部电网短路电流限制措施 被引量:1

Limiting Short-Circuit Current of Southern Qinghai Power Grid

摘要 随着青海南部地区特高压直流的投运,该特高压直流接入站和换流站的短路电流超标已成为电力系统安全运行面临的重大问题.分析了青海南部地区短路电流的发展趋势和750 kV母线短路电流超标的原因,提出了多种限制青海南部地区短路电流的措施.研究结果表明:(1)仅加装串抗不能解决塔拉750 kV母线短路电流超标问题,且塔拉均未留有装设串抗的位置;(2)塔拉750 kV出线出串运行可在一定程度上降低短路电流,可作为一种辅助措施;(3)塔拉750 kV出线改接方案存在线路交叉跨越、水电站群送出可靠性差等问题.建议为避免对750 kV线路交叉跨越,保证水电送出可靠送出,塔拉750 kV变压器升级改造或置换750 kV开关. With the operation of UHV DC in the southern part of Qinghai province,the short-circuit current of the UHV DC station and converter station has become a major problem of the safe operation of power systems.This paper analyzes the development trend and cause of short-circuit current in the southern part of Qinghai province power grid.On this basis,the measures to limit the short-circuit current are put forward.The research results show:(1)Only the addition of resistance does not limit short-circuit current of Tara 750 kV bus,and Tara 750 kV station does not has position to install resistance.(2)Though Tara 750 kV outlets out of string can reduce the short-circuit current,it can only be used as an auxiliary measure in the grid operation.(3)The 750 kV line reconnection scheme also has problems such as line crossover and poor reliability of the hydropower station group.Tara 750 kV is recommended to upgrade 750 kV switch to avoid cross-over crossing of 750 kV lines and ensure reliable delivery of hydropower station.
