摘要
针对黑龙江电网部分高电压等级设备应用在低电压等级系统中时,由于设备的安全距离不足和遮断容量减小所造成的安全隐患问题,分别对断路器、隔离开关、所用变、电流互感器、电压互感器、避雷器6类降压使用的设备对系统带来的影响进行具体分析,并对不满足降压使用的设备提出解决措施,保证这6类设备在降压使用时电网的安全稳定运行。
In view of the hidden danger problems caused by the insufficient safety distance and the reduction of interrupting capacity of some high-voltage equipment when they are used in low-voltage system of Heilongjiang power grid,the influence of six kinds of equipment used for voltage reduction,such as circuit breaker,disconnecting switch,house transformer,current transformer,voltage transformer and lightning arrester,on the system is analyzed.At the same time,the solutions are put forward for the equipment that does not meet the voltage reduction requirements,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid when the six kinds of equipment are used in voltage reduction.
