摘要
在我国新能源汽车补贴减退背景下,公众购买意愿及其影响因素尚不明确.本文收集了对大学生家长、驾校学员、4S店顾客及运输公司职员的问卷调查数据并进行量化分析.结果表明,与以往研究及一般经验不同,购买成本和对新能源汽车的绿色认知不对公众购买意愿产生显著影响,能够显著影响购买意愿的因素是产品特征、行政激励和社会影响(周围人的观念).本文据此结果提出了补贴减退政策缓冲着力点及公众购买意愿的行政激励路径,以期促进新能源汽车产业向“市场+产品”驱动转型.
With the current policy environment of reducing subsidy of new energy vehicles(NEVs)in China,this study aims to identify the significant predictors of Chinese customers’NEVs purchase intention through an empirical research,and to investigate other possible policy incentives to buffer the effects of reducing subsidy.Different from prior studies,our study revealed that customers now did not show much attention on the costs of NEVs and proved that market-driven is an essential way to develop NEVs industry.Besides,the results show that the awareness of"green-tech"cannot influence purchase intention significantly,while environmentally friendly concepts,NEVs’performance and external factors like incentive policy and social influence significantly affected customers’purchase intention.Considering these predictors,this study developed a series of incentive approaches to stimulate NEVs purchase intention.
