摘要
目的探讨强化心理护理干预在糖尿病足患者治疗中的应用效果。方法2017年3月—2019年5月,选择该院74例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组37例(传统方式护理干预);观察组37例(传统方式护理干预),对比两组患者的护理效果、心理状态以及护理依从性。结果护理后,对照组患者临床护理有效率为24例(64.86%),明显低于观察组35例(94.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者HAMA、HAMD评分,明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者护理依从性为70.27%,明显低于观察组94.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对糖尿病足患者治疗中实施强化心理护理干预,能够有效改善其心理状态,提高护理效果以及护理依从性,临床应用价值及临床推广较高。
Objective To explore the application effect of intensive psychological nursing intervention in the treatment of diabetic foot patients.Methods From March 2017 to May 2019,74 patients with diabetic foot in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,37 patients in the control group(traditional nursing intervention);37 patients in the observation group((traditional nursing)Intervention),comparing the nursing effect,psychological state and nursing compliance of the two groups of patients.Results After nursing,the effective rate of clinical care in the control group was 24(64.86%),which was significantly lower than that in the observation group(35.59.9%)(P<0.05).The HAMA and HAMD scores of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05).The compliance of patients in the control group was 70.27%,which was significantly lower than that of the observation group(94.60%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the implementation of intensive psychological nursing intervention in the treatment of diabetic foot patients,it can effectively improve their psychological state,improve the nursing effect and nursing compliance,and the clinical application value and clinical promotion are higher.
