摘要
目的探讨将多阶段健康教育应用于2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者,研究对其血糖波动以及治疗依从性影响。方法选取2016年4月至2018年4月经901医院就诊的112例2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者,根据健康教育方案不同随机分成两组,每组56例。观察组给予多阶段健康教育,对照组给予常规健康教育。观察两组健康教育后配合治疗依从性,血糖改善情况,生活质量、心理状态等改善情况。结果观察组教育后空腹及餐后血糖、心率控制情况、心理状态评分、生活质量评分、糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin,HbA1c)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density liporotein cholest erol,LDL-C)水平,定期复查、合理饮食及用药、适量运动及自我监测等情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将多阶段健康教育应用于2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者,可以提高其配合治疗依从性,能够显著改善患者血糖及心率控制情况,优化其心理状态及生活质量,有助于控制病情发展,改善患者预后。
Objective To discuss the effects of multi-stage health education on blood sugar fluctuation and treatment compliance in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods From April 2016to April 2018,112patients with type 2diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease in the 901 Army Hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 56cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received multi-stage health education,while those in the control group were given routine health education.The treatment compliance and the improvement of blood sugar,quality of life and psychological condition after health education were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The scores on the improvement of fasting and postprandial blood sugar,heart rate,psychological condition,quality of life as well as of serum levels of HbA1c,TG,LDL-C and regular follow up,reasonable diet and medication,moderate exercise and self-monitoring were higher in the observation group than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of multi-stage health education in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease can improve their compliance with treatment,significantly improve blood sugar and ventricular rate,optimize their psychological condition and quality of life,and help to control the development of the disease and improve the prognosis of patients.
