摘要
目的探究恢复期脑卒中患者应用中西医结合康复治疗对其神经功能的影响.方法选择临洮县中医院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的68例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组法,将患者分为对照组(n=34,接受常规西医治疗)与观察组(n=34,接受中西医结合康复治疗),采用Barthel指数、NIHSS量表、Fugl-Meyer量表评估两组患者治疗前后生活能力、神经功能缺损程度以及运动功能,观察两组患者的并发症发生情况.结果治疗前,两组患者的生活能力评分(BI)、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、肢体运动功能评分(FMA)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者各项评分有一定程度优化,观察组患者各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对恢复期脑卒中患者进行中西医结合康复治疗的临床效果良好,能有效改善患者神经功能和肢体运动功能,提升患者日常生活能力,值得临床推广.
Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the neurological function of stroke patients in recovery period.Methods 68 stroke patients admitted to Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Lintao County from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the general subjects of this study.According to the random grouping method,the patients were divided into a control group(n=34,receiving conventional Western medicine treatment)and an observation group(n=34,receiving integrated Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation treatment).The Barthel index,NIHSS scale and Fugl-Meyer scale were used to evaluate the vitality,neurological deficit and motor function of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.The occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,the differences in the scores of vitality score(BI),neurological deficit score(NIHSS),and limb motor function score(FMA)between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two group’s patients were optimized to a certain extent,but the scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for stroke patients in recovery stage has a good clinical effect,can effectively improve patients'nerve function and limb motor function,and enhance patients'daily life ability,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
