摘要
目的探析老年脑卒中患者合并肺部感染早期康复治疗的应用效果.方法采集2018年1月—2019年1月间在该院接受治疗的脑卒中合并肺部感染患者共92例,按照该次治疗的不同方案分为参照组(敏感抗生素治疗)、研究组(早期康复治疗),每组46例,观察及评价两组患者治疗后临床症状、体征各指标情况及临床康复治疗有效率情况,并予以分析和总结.结果研究组发热、咳嗽、咳痰及湿啰音改善时间分别较参照组更短(P<0.05);则研究组SGQR评分情况均较参照组呈不同程度显著提升(P<0.05);研究组临床康复治疗有效率为97.83%,明显高于参照组临床康复治疗有效率的80.43%(P<00.05).结论早期康复治疗能够加速老年脑卒中合并肺部感染患者临床症状及体征恢复时间,提高整体治疗效果,值得广泛借鉴与使用.
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation therapy for senile stroke patients with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 92 patients with stroke and lung infections who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were collected and divided into a control group(sensitive antibiotic treatment),and a research group(early rehabilitation therapy)according to the different schemes of this treatment,46 cases in each group.Observer and evaluate the clinical symptoms,physical signs,the indexes and clinical rehabilitation treatment effectiveness of the two groups of patients after treatment,and analysis and summary them.Results The improvement time of fever,cough,sputum and rhonchus in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SGQR score of the study group was significantly increased in different degrees compared with the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of clinical rehabilitation treatment in the study group was 97.83%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 80.43%(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation therapy can accelerate the recovery time of clinical symptoms and signs of elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy complicated with pulmonary infection,and improve the overall treatment effect,which is worthy of extensive reference and use.
