Effect of Early Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Rehabilitation Therapy on Neurological Function and Oxidative Stress Indexes in Elderly Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

摘要目的探讨早期高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)联合康复治疗在老年高血压脑出血(hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,HICH)患者中的治疗效果.方法选取2016年7月—2020年10月该院收治的200例老年HICH患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组100例.对照组采用早期康复治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采取早期HBO治疗,均持续治疗4周.对比两组的神经功能、肢体运动功能及氧化应激指标.结果治疗前,两组的神经功能、肢体运动功能、氧化应激指标水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分及血浆内皮素-1水平均低于对照组,Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分及血清一氧化氮水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论早期HBO联合康复治疗能够减轻老年HICH神经功能缺损程度,改善氧化应激指标水平,提高患者的肢体功能,利于预后. Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of early hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)combined with rehabilitation therapy in elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods Selected 200 elderly HICH patients admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to October 2020 as the research objects,and divided them into two groups according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received early rehabilitation therapy,while the experimental group received early HBO therapy on the basis of the control group,and the treatment continued for 4 weeks.The neurological function,limb motor function and oxidative stress indexes were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the neurological function,limb motor funetion,and oxidative stress index levels of the two groups were compared,and there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale score and endothelin-1 level in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the Fugl-Meyer assessment score and serum nitrieoxide level were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early HBO combined with rehabilitation therapy can reduce the degree of neurological deficit in elderly HICH,improve the level of oxidative stress indicators,and improve the patient's limb function,which is beneficial to prognosis.
