摘要
目的探究在肺结核患者康复护理中实施自我管理教育的临床价值.方法选取118例在2017年10月—2019年9月该院收治的肺结核患者,随机分为观察组(自我管理教育)和对照组(常规护理),各59例.结果与对照组(83.05%)相比,观察组治疗依从性(96.61%)较高(P<0.05);观察组不良情绪评分也较低(P<0.05);且观察组生活质量各指标水平均高于对照组(P<0.05).同时,观察组自我管理能力相关指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论在肺结核患者康复护理中实施自我管理教育,除了能够有效提高患者的治疗依从性以外,还可以有效缓解患者的各种不良情绪,提高患者的自我管理能力,使患者的生活质量得到显著改善.
Objective To explore the clinical value of self-management education in rehabilitation nursing of tuberculosis patients.Methods 118 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(self-management education)and control group(routine nursing)with 59 people in each group.Results Compared with the control group(83.05%),the treatment compliance of the observation group(96.61%)was higher(P<0.05);the score of bad mood of the observation group was lower(P<0.05);and the level of each index of quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the scores of self-management related indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of self-management education in the rehabilitation nursing of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can not only effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients,but also effectively alleviate various bad emotions of patients,improve the self-management ability of patients,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
