Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing Combined with Acupoint Massage on Negative Emotions and Sleep Quality in Patients with Peptic Ulcer

摘要目的探讨中医情志护理联合穴位按摩对消化性溃疡患者负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响.方法选择2017年7月—2019年6月该院收治的82例消化性溃疡患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组41例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予中医情志护理联合穴位按摩.干预10 d后,采用焦虑评价量表(SAS)、抑郁评价量表(SDS)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评价量表(PSQI)评价两组患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪及睡眠质量.结果观察组SAS、SDS评分分别为(37.64±6.72)分、(39.15±6.48)分,明显低于对照组的(43.25±6.38)分、(45.84±6.53)分(P<0.05);观察组入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率分别为(1.17±0.39)分、(1.32±0.43)分、(1.25±0.42)分,明显低于对照组的(1.63±0.43)分、(1.69±0.44)分、(1.57±0.44)分(P<0.05).结论中医情志护理联合穴位按摩可有效减轻消化性溃疡患者的焦虑和抑郁程度,改善睡眠质量,促进病情恢复. Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional care combined with acupoint massage on negative emotions and sleep quality in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 82 patients with peptic ulcer admitted from July 2017 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group took routine care,and the treatment group was given TCM emotional nursing combined with acupoint massage on this basis.After 10 days of intervention,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index evaluation scale(PSQI)were used to evaluate the anxiety,depression,and sleep quality of the two groups of patients.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were(37.64±6.72)points and(39.15±6.48)points,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(43.25±6.38)points and(45.84±6.53)points(P<0.05).The time to fall asleep,total sleep time,and sleep efficiency of the treatment group were(1.17±0.39)points,(1.32±0.43)points,(1.25±0.42)points,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(1.63±0.43)points,(1.69±0.44)points,(1.57±0.44)points(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM emotional nursing combined with acupoint massage can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of patients with peptic ulcer,improve the sleep quality of patients and promote the recovery of the disease.
