摘要
目的分析综合康复治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果.方法2017年1月—2019年12月将该院糖尿病周围神经病变患者125例随机分为2组,对照组62例给予常规治疗,试验组63例在常规治疗基础上给予综合康复治疗.结果试验组总有效率96.83%比对照组总有效率79.03%高,试验组治疗后SNCV、MNCV水平明显上升,TCSS评分、MDNS评分明显下降,治疗结果与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合康复治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效较高,可提高SNCV、MNCV水平,降低TCSS评分与MDNS评分,临床效果显著.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 125 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups from January 2017 to December 2019,62 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment,63 cases in the experimental group were given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.83%,higher than that of the control group(79.03%).After treatment,the SNCV and MNCV levels of the experimental group increased significantly,and the scores of TCSs and mDNS decreased significantly.There was statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation has a high effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which can improve the SNCV and MNCV levels,and reduce the TCSs score and mDNS score.
