摘要
目的观察糖尿病周围神经病变综合康复治疗的疗效.方法选择该院于2018年9月—2019年9月收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者78例,通过数字法随机分成对照组和观察组各39例,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组接受综合康复治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的血液生化指标和神经传导速度.结果治疗前两组患者的FBG、mA1b和Hcy水平比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的FBG、mA1b和Hcy水平均低于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的正中神经MNCV、SNCV和腓总神经的MNCV、SNCV比较均,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的正中神经MNCV、SNCV和腓总神经的MNCV、SNCV均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合康复治疗能够通过不同的治疗作用机制在对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的治疗中,起到改善患者血液生化水平,提高患者神经传导速度的治疗效果,缓解病情发展.
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 78 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.The blood biochemical indexes and nerve conduction velocity of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The differences in FBG,mA1b and Hcy levels in the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the FBG,mA1b and Hcy levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the differences in median nerve’s MNCV and SNCV and common peroneal nerve’s MNCV and SNCV of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the median nerve’s MNCV and SNCV and common peroneal nerve’s MNCV and SNCV of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can improve blood biochemical level and nerve conduction velocity of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy through different therapeutic mechanisms,and alleviate the development of the disease.
