摘要
目的探究在社区糖尿病康复管理中运用药学服务的临床价值.方法选取2018年6月—2019年5月该社区收治的糖尿病患者140例,随机分为观察组(加强药学服务)和对照组(常规管理)各70例.对比两组血糖水平、生活质量、管理满意度和用药依从性情况.结果干预前,两组血糖水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,与对照组相比,观察组血糖水平更优,且观察组生活质量各指标评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).同时,与对照组相比,观察组管理满意度(97.14%)和用药依从率(100.00%)均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在社区糖尿病康复管理中运用药学服务,能够有效控制患者血糖,改善患者的生活质量,同时还可以提高患者的管理满意度和用药依从率,具有显著的临床价值.
Objective To explore the clinical value of using pharmaceutical services in community diabetes rehabilitation management.Methods A total of 140 diabetic patients admitted to our community from June 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into an observation group(strengthening pharmaceutical services)and a control group(routine management),with 70 patients in each group.The blood glucose level,quality of life,management satisfaction and medication compliance of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,the difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups had no statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the blood glucose level of the observation group was better than that of the control group;and the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,compared with the control group,the observation group's management satisfaction(97.14%)and medication compliance rate(100.00%)were both higher,the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of pharmaceutical services in community diabetes rehabilitation management can effectively control patients blood glucose and improve patients'quality of life.At the same time,it can also promote the patients'management satisfaction and medication compliance rate,which has significant clinical value.
