摘要
目的探讨人工全膝关节置换术结合加速康复外科理念治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床效果.方法选择2018年4月—2019年4月该院收治的膝关节骨关节炎患者86例,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,各43例.所有患者均接受人工全膝关节置换术治疗,对照组接受常规手术模式管理,观察组则联合加速康复外科理念模式.观察两组患者的围术期指标、膝关节功能及并发症.结果两组患者的手术时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中出血量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,且观察组术后1、3、6个月及12个月的HSS评分均较对照组高,并发症总发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论人工全膝关节置换术结合加速康复外科理念治疗膝关节骨关节炎患者的围术期效果较佳,能够改善膝关节功能,降低并发症的发生率.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of total knee arthroplasty combined with accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods 86 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.All patients received total knee arthroplasty(TKA).In addition,the control group received conventional operation mode management,and the observation group received combined accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept mode.The perioperative indexes,knee function and complications of the two groups were observed.Results The difference in operation time between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The observation group had less intraoperative blood loss and shorter hospital stay than the control group.The HSS scores of the observation group at 1,3,6 and 12 months after surgery were higher than those of the control group,and the total incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Total knee arthroplasty combined with the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients has a better perioperative effect,which can improve knee function and reduce the incidence of complications.
