摘要
目的探讨艾灸在类风湿关节炎康复治疗中的应用效果.方法随机选择2019年1—12月收治的80例类风湿性关节炎患者,按照治疗方法不同分为西药治疗组和艾灸治疗组,每组40例,西药治疗组采用美洛昔康治疗,艾灸治疗组行艾灸治疗,比较两种疗法疗效的差异性.结果两种治疗方法均可降低患者的疼痛程度,艾灸治疗组疼痛降低的程度优于西药治疗组,艾灸治疗组15 m步行时间、疗效和治疗总有效率均优于西药治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论艾灸治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效确切,能显著降低患者的疼痛程度,值得推广应用.
Objective To explore the application of moxibustion in the rehabilitation of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted from January to December 2019 were randomly selected and divided into a western medicine treatment group and a moxibustion treatment group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The western medicine treatment group was treated with meloxicam,and the moxibustion treatment group was treated with moxibustion.The difference in the efficacy of the two treatments was compared.Results Both treatment methods can reduce the pain degree of patients,the pain degree of the moxibustion treatment group reduced more than the western medicine treatment group.The 15 m walking time,curative effect and total effective rate of the moxibustion treatment group were better than those of the western medicine group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion has a definite effect in treating rheumatoid arthritis,it can significantly reduce the pain of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
