摘要
目的探讨艾灸盒施灸联合中药离子导入治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果.方法选择2019年1-6月本院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者92例为研究对象,根据是否自愿接受中医治疗分为观察组46例与对照组46例.对照组采用口服扶他林片及注射玻璃酸钠注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用艾灸盒施灸联合中药离子导入治疗.治疗14 d后,采用疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评价两组患者的膝关节疼痛程度,采用骨性关节炎指数量表(WOMAC)评价两组患者的膝关节功能,并比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果治疗后,观察组的膝关节疼痛NRS评分为(2.61±0.43)分,明显低于对照组的(3.32±0.48)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的疼痛、僵硬、日常活动评分均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的治疗总有效率为95.65%,明显高于对照组的80.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论艾灸盒施灸联合中药离子导入治疗有助于减轻早期膝关节骨性关节炎患者的膝关节疼痛程度,改善膝关节功能,提高临床疗效.
Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion with moxibastion bos combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis on knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 92 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the observation group of 46 cases and the control group of 46 cases according to whether they were willing to accept traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The control group was treated with oral butalin tablets and sodium hyaluronate injection,and the observation group was treated with moxibustion with moxibastion bos combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis on this basis.After 14 days of treatment,the knee pain degrees of the two groups were evaluated by pain numerical rating scale(NRS),the knee function scores of the two groups was evaluated by the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC),and the clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the NRS score of knee pain in the observation group was(2.61±0.43)points,which was significantly lower than(3.32±0.48)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain,stiffness and daily activities in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than 80.43%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mox ibustion with moxibastion bos combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis therapy is helpful to alleviate knee pain,improve knee function and improve clinical efficacy in patients with early knee osteoarthritis.
