摘要
目的了解区域医联体内临床护士参与慢性传染性疾病社区随访工作意愿及影响因素,为畅通医联体内优质护理资源下沉渠道提供理论依据。方法自制调查问卷,对542名区域医联体内临床护士进行调查,包括基本情况、慢性传染性疾病知识、社区随访、参与愿意及影响因素等内容。结果50.92%的临床护士愿意参与慢性传染性疾病社区随访,首要原因是"知晓社区护理"和"能胜任社区护理"。参与意愿影响因素为社区护理知晓得分(OR=8.343,95%CI:4.693~14.833,P<0.01)、年龄(OR=6.046,95%CI:3.571~10.237,P<0.01)、职称(OR=16.624,95%CI:8.470~32.626,P<0.01)、岗位(OR=25.884,95%CI:10.763~62.246,P<0.01)、服务机构医联体内地位(OR=2.500,95%CI:1.639~3.813,P<0.01)。结论区域医联体内临床护士参与社区慢性传染性疾病随访工作意愿比例较低。
Objective This study was aimed to explore the willingness of clinical nurses from a regional medical union to participate in community follow-up services among patients with chronic infectious diseases and its influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for promoting the reallocation of high-quality nursing resources within the regional medical union.Methods A total of 542 clinical nurses from a regional medical union were investigated by self-made questionnaire which was composed of general sociodemographic characteristics,awareness level of chronic infectious diseases,community follow-up services,participation willingness and its influencing factors.Results Among the nurses participating in the survey,50.92%(276/542)were willing to join in community follow-up services,and the primary reasons were knowing community nursing and being qualified for it.Factors influencing willingness to receive community follow-up services included awareness score on community nursing(OR=8.343,95%CI:4.693-14.833,P<0.01),age(OR=6.046,95%CI:3.571-10.237,P<0.01),professional title(OR=16.624,95%CI:8.470-32.626,P<0.01),post(OR=25.884,95%CI:10.763-62.246,P<0.01)and status of medical institutions in a regional medical union(OR=2.500,95%CI:1.639-3.813,P<0.01).Conclusion The ratio of willingness of clinical nurses from a regional medical consortium in Chang’an town of Dongguan participating in community follow-up services among patients with communicable chronic diseases is relatively low.
