摘要
目的 分析自制康复操微视频在乳腺癌术后患者早期功能锻炼中的效果.方法 选择连云港市市立东方医院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的120例乳腺癌根治术患者,按照随机分组,分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规训练,观察组采用自制康复操视频指导,对比两组患者的康复效果.结果 观察组患者护理满意度(97.12%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的患肢功能恢复情况、知识了解程度均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者治疗时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 自制康复操视频应用在乳腺癌术后康复中,可帮助患者了解康复知识,循序渐进进行训练,提高其患肢恢复情况.
Objective To analyze the effect of self-made rehabilitation exercise micro-video on early functional exercise for patients with breast cancer after operation.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,120 patients undergoing radical mastectomy admitted to Lianyungang Municipal Dongfang Hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group used routine training,and the observation group used self-made rehabilitation exercise video guidance.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results The patients'nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.12%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The functional recovery of the affected limbs and the degree of knowledge in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment time of patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-made rehabilitation exercise micro-video in the rehabilitation of breast cancer can help patients understand rehabilitation knowledge,train gradually,and improve the recovery of their affected limbs.
