摘要
目的探讨肩袖损伤关节镜修复成型术后实施系统康复的临床效果.方法选择该院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的50例肩袖损伤关节镜修复成型术患者,随机分为两组.对照组采用常规康复治疗,系统康复组选择系统康复干预.比较分析两组的临床效果.结果治疗后,系统康复组的VAS评分低于对照组,美国UCLA肩关节评分、生活活动能力BI指数均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).系统康复组术后住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).系统康复组并发症发生率为4%,低于对照组的32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论肩袖损伤关节镜修复成型术患者实施系统康复干预的效果确切,可有效缓解关节疼痛,改善肩关节功能和生活能力,减少并发症,缩短住院的时间,加速康复进程,值得推广.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of systematic rehabilitation after arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff injury.Methods 50 patients undergoing arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff injury from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divide into two groups.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the systematic rehabilitation group chose systematic rehabilitation intervention.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the systemic rehabilitation group was lower than that of the control group,the UCLA shoulder joint score and the BI index of life activity ability were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative hospital stay in the systematic rehabilitation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in the systematic rehabilitation group was 4%,which was lower than 32%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of systemic rehabilitation intervention for patients with rotator cuff injury arthroscopic repair and plastic surgery can effectively relieve joint pain,improve shoulder joint function and living ability,reduce complications,shorten hospitalization time,and accelerate the rehabilitation process.It is worthy of promotion.
