摘要
目的探讨肩袖损伤患者采用康复护理对术后肩关节功能恢复的影响.方法选取平原县第一人民医院2018年12月—2020年12月收治的84例肩袖损伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分成两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组42例.两组患者均行关节镜下手术治疗,对照组术后采用常规护理,观察组术后在常规护理基础上采用康复护理,比较两组的术后恢复情况.结果观察组术后6个月的各项肩关节功能指标评分均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后6个月的体侧外旋角度、前屈角度均明显大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的并发症总发生率4.76%,明显低于对照组的21.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后6个月的各项生活质量评分明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论肩袖损伤患者采用康复护理能改善肩关节功能,提高生活质量,减少并发症发生,值得推广应用.
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on postoperative function recovery of shoulder joint in patients with rotator cuff injury.Methods 84 patients with rotator cuff injury admitted to the First People's Hospital of Pingyuan County from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,namely the control group and the observation group,with 42 patients in each group.The two groups of patients were treated with arthroscopic surgery,the control group was treated with routine nursing after surgery,and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing after surgery.The postoperative recovery of the two groups was compared.Results 6 months after surgery,the scores of shoulder function indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The lateral rotation angle and forward flexion angle in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group 6 months after surgery,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.76%,which was significantly lower than 21.43%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group 6 months after surgery were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of rehabilitation nursing for patients with rotator cuff injury can improve the function of shoulder joint,improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
