摘要
目的观察中药硬膏热敷联合依降钙素治疗原发性骨质疏松症腰背痛的临床疗效。方法选取2019年8月—2020年8月该院收治的原发性骨质疏松症腰背痛患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用依降钙素注射液肌内注射,观察组加用中药硬膏热敷,对比两组临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组的疼痛评分为(3.35±1.14)分,低于对照组的(5.80±2.86)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在依降钙素的基础上联合使用中药硬膏热敷腰背疼痛处,可减轻骨质疏松症腰背痛患者的疼痛程度,提高总有效率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Chinese medicine plaster combined with elcatonin on low back pain caused by primary osteoporosis.Methods 80 patients with low back pain caused by primary osteoporosis treated in the hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were randomly selected.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used intramuscular injection elcatonin,the observation group used Chinese medicine plaster treatment on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the pain score in the observation group was(3.35±1.14)points,which was lower than the control group's(5.80±2.86)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.5%,which was higher than 72.5%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of calcitonin,combined use of traditional Chinese medicine plaster to heat the back pain can reduce the pain of patients with osteoporosis and improve the total effective rate.It is worthy of clinical application.
