摘要
目的探讨中风后遗症患者采用针刺联合推拿治疗对运动功能恢复的影响.方法选择2018年4月—2020年4月该院收治的100例中风后遗症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=50,选用常规训练方案治疗)、观察组(n=50,在对照组基础上联合针刺、推拿治疗),比较两组临床疗效、临床指标、生活质量.结果(1)临床疗效:观察组的总有效率96.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(2)临床指标:治疗2个月后观察组的运动功能(20.34±3.14)分、日常生活能力(80.42±3.42)分均高于对照组,神经功能缺损程度(9.02±5.42)分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗6个月后观察组的运动功能(27.96±2.41)分、日常生活能力(90.02±9.72)分均高于对照组,神经功能缺损程度(7.35±5.12)分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(3)生活质量:观察组SS-QOL量表7项指标评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针刺联合推拿在中风后遗症治疗中的效果确切,可改善患者运动功能及肢体功能,提高日常生活能力及生活质量,并降低神经功能缺损程度,值得借鉴.
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with massage treatment in patients with apoplexy sequelae on the recovery of motor function.Methods A total of 100 patients with apoplexy sequelae admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=50,treatment with conventional training programs)and an observation group(n=50,combined with acupuncture and massage treatment on the basis of the control group).The clinical efficacy,clinical indicators,and quality of life were compared between the groups.Results(1)Clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of 96.00%in the observation group was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Clinical indicators:After 2 months of treatment,the observation group's motor function(20.34±3.14)points and daily living ability(80.42±3.42)points were higher than the control group,the neurological deficit(9.02±5.42)points was lower than the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 6 months of treatment,the observation group's motor function score(27.96±2.41)points and daily living ability score(90.02±9.72)points were higher than those of the control group,and the neurological deficit score(7.35±5.12)points was lower than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Quality of life:The 7 index scores of the SS-QOL scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage has a definite effect in the treatment of apoplexy sequelae.It can improve patients'motor function and limb function,improve daily living ability and quality of life,and reduce the degree of neurological deficits.It is worth learning.
