摘要
目的探讨中医刮痧联合药物治疗哺乳期乳腺炎的效果.方法筛选2016年4月—2017年4月在该院接受治疗的哺乳期乳腺炎患者60例,以随机数字表法分成研究组与对照组,每组30例.对照组采取药物治疗,研究组在上述基础上加用中医刮痧治疗.对比两组临床疗效.结果与对照组相比,研究组患者乳房热、疼痛、肿胀、肿块消失时间分别为(3.5±0.8)d、(3.7±0.6)d、(3.8±0.9)d、(3.9±1.0)d,均短于对照组的(4.5±1.2)d、(4.6±1.4)d、(4.8±1.5)d、(5.0±1.7)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组患者各炎性指标更低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率93.33%显著高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在哺乳期乳腺炎患者的治疗中应用中医刮痧联合药物治疗,效果确切,值得推广.
Objective To evaluate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine scrapping combined with medicine in the treatment of lactation mastitis.Methods A selection of 60 lactation mastitis patients who received treatment in the hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were divided into a study group and a control group by a random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drugs,and the study group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine scraping on the basis of the above,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the disappearance times of breast heat,pain,swelling,and lumps in the study group were(3.5±0.8)d,(3.7±0.6)d,(3.8±0.9)d,and(3.9±1.0)d,which were shorter than(4.5±1.0)d,(4.6±1.4)d,(4.8±1.5)d,(5.0±1.7)d in the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the inflammatory indexes of the study group were lower,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 60.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with lactation mastitis,the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine scraping combined with drug therapy has a definite effect and is worthy of promotion.
