双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合小儿肠胃康颗粒治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果研究

摘要目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合小儿肠胃康颗粒治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果.方法将该院2019年10月—2020年10月收治的60例腹泻患儿纳入研究,并以等量电脑随机法分成A组与B组,每组30例.A组采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,B组在A组基础上采用小儿肠胃康颗粒治疗.对比两组临床疗效.结果B组临床总有效率高于A组,临床症状改善时间及住院时间均短于A组,血清炎性指标水平均低于A组,免疫功能指标水平均高于A组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片与小儿肠胃康颗粒联合治疗小儿腹泻具有显著疗效,可有效降低患儿血清炎性指标水平,并提升免疫功能,快速缓解临床症状,加快康复进程,具有较高临床应用价值. Objective To explore the clinical effect of Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets,Live combined with Xiao'er Changweikang Keli in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods 60 children with diarrhea admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were included in the study,they were divided into group A and group B by an equal computer random method,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets,Live,and group B was treated with Xiao'er Changweikang Keli on the basis of group A.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of group B is higher than that of group A,the clinical symptom improvement time and hospitalization time are shorter than those of group A,the serum inflammatory index level is lower than that of group A,and the immune function index level is higher than that of group A,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of diarrhea in children with Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus Cereus Tablets,Live and Xiao'er Changweikang Keli has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory indicators in children,improve immune function,quickly relieve clinical symptoms,accelerate the recovery process,and has high clinical application value.
