摘要
目的探讨中药离子导入辅助治疗青少年弱视的临床疗效.方法将该院2019年1月—2020年6月收治的90例青少年弱视患儿纳入研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例(80眼).对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药离子导入治疗.比较两组患儿的临床疗效,治疗前后的视觉敏感度、立体视情况及治疗后3、6个月随访时的视力回降情况.结果观察组的临床总有效率93.75%高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的不同空间频率对比度、立体视情况比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的不同空间频率对比度高于对照组、立体视改善情况优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).3、6个月后随访,观察组的视力回降率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中药离子导入辅助治疗青少年弱视,可有效改善患儿临床症状,提高视觉敏感度,建立立体视觉,疗效确切.
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine iontophoresis in adjuvant treatment of amblyopia in adolescents.Methods 90 adolescents with amblyopia admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were included in the study,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table,with 45 cases(80 eyes)in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis on the basis of the control group.We compared the clinical efficacy,visual sensitivity and stereopsis before and after treatment and the visual acuity regression during follow-up 3 and 6 months of treatment in the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%higher than that of the control group 81.25%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the contrast of different spatial frequencies and stereoscopic vision of the two groups were compared,and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the contrast ratio of different spatial frequencies in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the improvement of stereopsis was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Follow-up after 3 and 6 months,the visual acuity fall rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine iontophoresis assists in the treatment of amblyopia in adolescents,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,increase visual sensitivity,establish stereo vision,and have a definite effect.
