摘要
目的探讨小针刀疗法结合中药离子导入在糖尿病患者腰腿痛中的治疗效果。方法选取2020年4月—2021年4月该院收治的86例糖尿病腰腿痛患者,按随机数表法将其分为两组,各43例。对照组给予中药离子导入治疗,观察组在此基础上加以小针刀疗法,连续治疗4周。对比两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、炎性因子水平、生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组视觉模拟疼痛评估量表(VAS)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)各维度评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8、CRP低于对照组,GQOLI-74中心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能与物质状态等维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小针刀疗法结合中药离子导入能够有效减轻糖尿病患者腰腿疼痛程度,降低炎性因子水平,提高生活质量,安全可行,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of small needle knife therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis on low back and leg pain in diabetic patients. Methods A total of 86 diabetic patients with low back and leg pain admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis, and the observation group was treated with small needle knife therapy on this basis for 4 consecutive weeks. The clinical efficacy, pain degree, inflammatory factor level and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment, the two groups of visual analog pain assessment scale(VAS), interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-8(IL-8), C-reactive protein(CRP), the scores of each dimension of quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire(GQOLI-74) were compared, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group’s VAS score, IL-6, TNF-α, IL-8, and CRP were lower than those of the control group, and GQOLI-74 had higher scores on the dimensions of mental function, physical function, social function, and material status than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The small needle knife therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis can effectively reduce the degree of pain in the waist and legs of diabetic patients, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, and improve the quality of life. It is safe and feasible. It is worthy of popularization and application.
