摘要
目的观察悬吊运动训练对胸腰节段脊髓损伤患者康复效果的影响.方法选取该院2018年11月—2020年11月收治的胸腰节段脊髓损伤患者60例为研究对象,采用悬吊运动训练进行康复治疗的30例患者为研究组,采用常规康复训练进行康复治疗的30例患者为对照组.比较两组康复治疗前后的运动功能与感觉功能、日常生活能力、上肢和下肢的体感诱发电位N波、P波潜伏期.结果康复治疗后,两组患者的运动与感觉功能评分均明显高于各组康复治疗前,且研究组上述评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).康复治疗后,两组患者的Barthel指数评分均明显高于各组治疗前,且研究组评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).康复治疗后,两组的上肢和下肢体感诱发电位N波、P波潜伏期均明显短于各组康复治疗前,且研究组上述指标均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在胸腰节段脊髓损伤患者康复治疗中采用悬吊运动训练,可改善患者的运动与感觉功能,提升日常生活能力,缩短上肢和下肢的体感诱发电位N波、P波潜伏期,临床效果理想.
Objective To observe the effect of suspension exercise training on the rehabilitation effect of patients with thoracolumbar spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 60 patients with thoracolumbar spinal cord injury admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and 30 patients who used suspension exercise training for rehabilitation treatment were selected as the research group,30 patients who used conventional rehabilitation training for rehabilitation treatment were selected as the control group.The motor function and sensory function,ability of daily living,upper limb and lower limb's somatosensory evoked potential N wave and P wave latency before and after rehabilitation treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After rehabilitation,the motor and sensory function scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before rehabilitation,and the above-mentioned scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After rehabilitation,the Barthel index scores of the two groups of patients were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After rehabilitation treatment,the somatosensory evoked potential N wave and P wave latency of the upper and lower limbs of the two groups were significantly shorter than those before the rehabilitation treatment,and the above indicators of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Suspension exercise training is used in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with thoracolumbar spinal cord injury,which can improve the patient's motor and sensory function,enhance the daily life ability,and shorten the upper and lower extremity somatosensory evoked potential N wave and P wave latency,the clinical effect is ideal.
