摘要
目的探讨对脊髓损伤患者采用夹脊穴、督脉穴电针治疗联合康复训练的临床效果.方法选择该院2020年1—12月收治的脊髓损伤患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=40)与研究组(n=40).对照组采用常规康复训练,研究组采用夹脊穴、督脉穴电针治疗联合康复训练.比较两组治疗后的脊髓功能分级情况,并于治疗前、治疗4周后评价患者的肌力水平与日常生活能力.结果研究组治疗后的脊髓功能分级情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的美国脊髓损伤学会(American Spinal Injury Association,ASIA)运动量表评分、日常生活活动能力(activity of daily living,ADL)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的ASIA运动量表评分、ADL评分均高于治疗前,且研究组的上述评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对脊髓损伤患者采用夹脊穴、督脉穴电针治疗联合康复训练的临床效果理想,能够改善脊髓残存功能,提高患者肢体肌力以及日常生活能力,值得推广.
Objective To explore the clinical effects of electroacupuncture at Jiaji and Dumai points combined with rehabilitation training for patients with spinal cord injury.Methods 80 patients with spinal cord injury admitted to the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected for the study and were divided into a control group(n=40)and a study group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation training,while the study group was treated with electroacupuncture at Jiaji and Dumai points combined with rehabilitation training.The spinal cord function grading was compared between the two groups after treatment and the patients'muscle strength levels and ability of daily living were evaluated before and after 4 weeks of treatment.Results The classification of the function of the spinal cord after treatment in the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the American Spinal Injury Association(ASIA)motor scale scores and activity of daily living(ADL)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the ASIA movement scale scores and ADL scores were higher in both groups than before treatment,and the above scores in the study group were higher than in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of electroacupuncture at Jiaji and Dumai points combinaed with rehabilitation training for spinal cord injury patients is effective,improve the residual function of the spinal cord,limb strength and the patient's ability to perform daily activities,and is worth promoting.
