摘要
目的分析脑卒中偏瘫患者采用综合康复治疗对其肢体功能及日常生活能力的影响.方法选取2019年1—12月在该院就诊的脑卒中偏瘫患者100例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(50例,采用常规康复治疗)与观察组(50例,采用综合康复治疗).观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后的日常生活能力以及肢体运动功能.结果观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为96.00%、80.00%,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).相比对照组,观察组患者治疗后的Barthel评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).相比对照组,观察组患者治疗后的上肢与下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分均更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合康复治疗应用于脑卒中偏瘫患者中的效果显著,患者的肢体运动功能得到有效改善,日常生活能力得到提高,具有推广使用价值.
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on the limb function and daily life ability of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 100 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into an observation group(50 cases,treated with conventional rehabilitation treatment)and a control group(50 cases,treated with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy)according to the random number table method.The treatment effect,ability of daily living and motor function of limbs were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rates of treatment in the observation group and the control group were 96.00%and 80.00%respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher Barthel score after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)scores for the upper and lower limbs after treatment,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy is effective when applied to stroke patients with hemiplegia,which can effectively improve the motor function of the patients'limbs and improve their ability of daily living,which has the value of promotion and use.
