摘要
目的研究肺功能康复训练对肺结核合并呼吸衰竭患者肺功能及动脉血气分析的影响.方法选取该院2019年7月—2020年7月收治的88例肺结核合并呼吸衰竭患者,以盲摸双色球法分为观察组与对照组,各44组.对照组采用常规康复,观察组在对照组基础上加用肺功能康复训练.对比两组患者的肺功能指标水平、动脉血气分析指标水平以及生活质量.结果干预后,观察组的各项肺功能指标水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的动脉血氧分压(arterial blood partial pressure of oxygen,PaO2)、血氧饱和度(blood oxygen saturation,SaO2)及肺泡-动脉氧分压差(alveolar-arterial oxygen partial pressure difference,A-aDO2)水平均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的各项生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论肺功能康复训练可显著提高肺结核合并呼吸衰竭患者的肺功能水平,患者的动脉血气分析指标明显改善,生活质量明显提高,值得在临床推广使用.
Objective To study the effect of pulmonary function rehabilitation training on pulmonary function and arterial blood gas analysis in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and respiratory failure.Methods A total of 88 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and respiratory failure admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by blind double-color ball method,with 44 cases in eacl group.The control group used conventional rehabilitation,and the observation group used pulmonary function rehabilitation training on the basis of the reference group.The pulmonary function index levels,arterial blood gas analysis index levels and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the levels of lung function indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the arterial blood partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)and alveolar-arterial oxygen partial pressure difference(A-aDO2)levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary function rehabilitation training can significantly improve the pulmonary function level of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with respiratory failure.The patients's arterial blood gas analysis indicators and the quality of life of the patients.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
