摘要
目的探讨导引组方联合认知训练在血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VD)患者中的应用效果.方法选择2019年2月—2020年8月该院收治的VD患者66例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组33例.两组均接受常规药物治疗与护理,对照组在此基础上进行认知训练,观察组在对照组基础上加用导引组方干预,均持续干预3个月.对比两组患者的认知功能、日常生活活动能力及生活质量.结果观察组干预后认知功能、日常生活活动能力及生活质量评分分别为(19.58±3.05)分、(79.87±9.94)分、(77.76±8.91)分,高于对照组的(16.61±3.36)分、(72.76±9.05)分、(69.95±8.83)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论导引组方联合认知训练在VD患者中具有较好的应用效果,可改善患者认知功能,提高其日常生活活动能力与生活质量,值得推广使用.
Objective To explore the effect of guiding preseription combined with cognitive training in patients with vascular dementia(VD).Methods A total of 66 VD patients admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 33 patients in each group.Both groups received conventional drug treatment and nursing.The control group was given cognitive training on this basis,and the observation group was given guiding prescription intervention on the basis of the control group,which lasted for 3 months.The cognitive function,ability of daily living activities and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The cognitive function,daily living ability and quality of life scores of the observation group were(19.58±3.05)points,(79.87±9.94)points,(77.76±8.91)points,respectively,higher than(16.61±3.36)points,(72.76±9.05)points,(69.95±8.83)points of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guiding preseription combined with cognitive training has a good applieation effect in VD patients,can improve the cognitive function of patients,i mprove their ability of daily living activities and quality of life,worthy of popularization.
