摘要
目的探讨针刺对抑郁症患者康复及白细胞介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平的影响.方法选取2019年5月—2020年7月外院收治的86例抑郁症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例.对照组采用常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用针刺治疗,两组均持续干预8周.对比两组患者的临床疗效、抑郁情绪、IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)水平及不良反应发生率.结果研究组的治疗总有效率为95.36%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分,研究组治疗后评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的各项血清指标,研究组治疗后的5-HT水平高于对照组,TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组的不良反应发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论针刺能够有效增强抑郁症治疗效果,缓解患者抑郁情绪,改善血清指标水平,安全可靠.
Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture on rehabilitation and the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a)in patients with depression.Methods A total of 86 patients with depression admitted to other hospital from May 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the researeh objects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the researeh group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Both groups lasted for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,depression,levels of IL-2,IL-6,TNF-a,5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and ineidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.36%,which was higher than 81.40%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the scores of Hamilton depression scale score between the two groups,the score of the study group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the serum indexes of the two groups,the levels of 5-HT'in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of TNF-a,IL-2 and IL-6 were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can effectively enhance the treatment effect of depression,relieve depression mood,improve serum index level,safe and reliable.
