The Effect of Aerobic Exercise Combined with the First Four Postures of Baduanjin on the Limb Function of Patients after Radical Mastectomy for Breast Cancer

摘要目的探讨有氧运动联合八段锦前四式对乳腺癌根治术后患者肢体功能的影响.方法选择2019年5月—2021年1月于该院行乳腺癌根治术的患者96例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组48例.对照组术后采用有氧运动,观察组在此基础上联合八段锦前四式训练,比较两组的肢体功能及疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS).结果训练3个月后,两组的肢体功能评分均高于训练前,且观察组的肩关节活动度、肌力、疼痛、功能活动评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).训练1、2、3个月后,两组的VAS评分均低于训练前,且观察组各时段的VAS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论有氧运动联合八段锦前四式有助于改善乳腺癌根治术后患者的肢体功能,减轻疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率,提升患者康复依从性,值得推广应用. Objective To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise combined with first four postures of Baduanjin on limb function in patients after radical mastectomy fro breast cancer.Methods From May 2019 to January 2021,96 patients after radical mastectomy for breast cancer in the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.In the control group,aerobic exercise was performed after surgery,and in the observation group,the first four postures of Baduanjin were combined with this training.The limb function and the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of training,the limb function scores of the two groups were higher than those before the training,and the shoulder joint range of motion,muscle strength,pain,and functional activity scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1,2,and 3 months of training,the VAS scores of both groups were lower than before training,and the VAS scores of the observation group at all times were lower than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aerobic exercise combined with the first four postures of Baduanjin can help improve limb function,reduce pain,redace the incidence of postoperative complications,and enhance patients'compliance with rehabilitation in patients after radical mastectomy for breast cancer,which is worth promoting.
