摘要
目的探讨全程围套式微血管减压术(microvascular decompression,MVD)治疗原发性三叉神经痛(primary trigeminal neuralgia,PTN)患者的疗效及复发情况.方法选取该院2017年3月—2018年12月收治的PTN患者72例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各36例.对照组采用常规MVD治疗,观察组采用全程围套式MVD治疗.比较两组患者的疗效、术后并发症发生率及随访1年的复发率.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).随访1年,观察组的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论全程围套式MVD治疗PTN的疗效显著,可降低复发率,且安全性高.
Objective To explore the efficacy and recurrence of the full-period microvascular decompression(MVD)in the treatment of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia(PTN).Methods A total of 72 PTN patients admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group treated with conventional MVD,and the observation group treated with full-period MVD.The curative effect,the incidence of postoperative complications,and the recurrence rate of 1 year follow-up were compared between the patients of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 77.78%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 year of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The full-period MVD treatment of PTN has a significant effect,can reduce the recurrence rate,and has high safety.
