摘要
目的 研究综合康复护理对老年精神分裂症患者认知功能、精神状态及康复效果的影响。方法 抽选2018年8月—2020年4月该院收治的80例老年精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按双盲法将其分为常规组和研究组,每组40例。常规组采用常规康复护理,研究组采用综合康复护理。对比两组干预前后的简明精神量表(BPRS)、住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)、精神分裂症阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SS-PI)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分。结果 干预前,两组的BPRS、IPROS、PANSS、SS-PI及各项GQOLI-74评分相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组的BPRS、IPROS、PANSS评分均低于常规组,SS-PI及各项GQOLI-74评分均高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合康复护理能显著改善老年精神分裂症患者的精神状态,消除临床症状,提高其社会功能和生活质量,康复效果理想。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on cognitive function,mental state and rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with schizophrenia who were treated in this hospital from August 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a routine group and a research group according to a double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The routine group received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the study group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The scores of brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation outcome scale(IPROS),positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS),inpatient psychiatric social functioning rating scale(SS-PI)and general quality of life questionnaire(GQOLI-74)were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the BPRS,IPROS,PANSS,SS-PI and GQOLI-74 scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the BPRS,IPROS,and PANSS scores of the study group were lower than those of the routine group,and the SSPI and GQOLI-74 scores of the study group were higher than those of the routine group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the mental state of elderly patients with schizophrenia,eliminate clinical symptoms,improve their social function and quality of life,and the rehabilitation effect is ideal.
