摘要
目的探讨艾灸联合水中运动疗法治疗中风后偏瘫患者的效果.方法选取该院2019年12月—2020年12月收治的中风后偏瘫患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组30例和观察组30例.对照组采用常规训练治疗,观察组采用艾灸联合水中运动疗法治疗.观察对比两组的依赖程度及肢体运动功能情况.结果观察组患者治疗后的总依赖率为73.33%,低于对照组的93.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者的各项Fugl-Meyer肢体运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的平衡、肢体运动、关节活动度及疼痛评分均高于治疗前,且观察组的上述各项评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论艾灸联合水中运动疗法治疗中风后偏瘫,可改善肢体功能,减轻患者的依赖程度,提高其自理能力.
Objective To explore the effect of moxibustion combined with Aquatic Exercise Therapy on patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods 60 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected for the study and divided into 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional training,and the observation group was treated with moxibustion combined with Aquatic Exercise Therapy.Observe the degree of dependece and motor function of the two groups.Results After treatment,the total dependence rate of patients in the observation group was for 73.33%,which was lower than 93.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)scores of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the balance,limb movement,joint range of motion,and pain scores of the observation group were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.and the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with Aquatic exercise therapy to treat hemiplegia after stroke can improve limb function,reduce the patient's degree of dependence,and improve their ability to take care of themselves.
