摘要
目的探讨早期康复治疗对桡骨远端骨折术后患者腕关节功能的影响.方法选取2019年1月—2020年10月该院收治的112例桡骨远端骨折手术患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,各56例.对照组术后采用常规康复锻炼,治疗组术后采用早期康复治疗,均持续干预至术后3个月.对比两组治疗前后的腕关节功能、腕关节活动度及并发症发生率.结果治疗前,两组腕关节功能评分、腕关节活动度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组主观评价、客观评价评分均低于对照组,腕关节背伸度、掌屈度、桡偏角均大于对照组.并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论临床将早期康复治疗应用于桡骨远端骨折术后患者中,可明显改善其腕关节功能,扩大腕关节活动范围,减少并发症的发生.
Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation treatment on wrist joint function in patients after distal radius fractures surgery.Methods A total of 112 patients who were treated in our hospital for distal radius fractures surgery from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation exercise after operation,and the treatment group received early rehabilitation treatment after operation,and the intervention continued until 3 months after operation.The wrist joint function,range of motion of the wrist joint before and after treatment and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the wrist joint function score and the range of motion of the wrist joint(P>0.05);after treatment,the subjective evaluation and objective evaluation scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the dorsal extension,palmar flexion and radial declination of the wrist joint were greater than those in the control group.The incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of early rehabilitation therapy to patients after distal radius fractures surgery can significantly improve their wrist joint function,expand the range of motion of the wrist joint,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
