早期盆底肌训练联合电刺激对自然分娩产妇盆底肌功能恢复的影响

Effect of Early Pelvic Floor Muscle Training Combined with Electrical Stimulation on Functional Recovery of Pelvic Floor Muscle in Parturient Women

摘要 目的探讨早期盆底肌训练联合电刺激对自然分娩产妇盆底肌功能恢复的影响.方法选取2019年6月—2020年11月于我院产科自然分娩的产妇80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组40例和观察组40例.对照组进行盆底肌训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用电刺激治疗.观察两组产妇治疗效果,比较两组产妇治疗前后的盆底肌力和盆腔脏器脱垂情况,统计并发症发生率.结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的Ⅰ、Ⅱ类盆底肌力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组盆腔脏器脱垂程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论早期盆底肌训练联合电刺激可促进自然分娩产妇盆底肌功能恢复,减少盆腔脏器脱垂,降低并发症发生率. Objective To investigate the effect of early pelvic floor muscle training combined with electrical stimulation on the functional recovery of pelvic floor muscle in parturient women.Methods From June 2019 to November 2020,80 cases of puerpera who delivered naturally in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases).The control group received pelvic floor muscle training,and the observation group received electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The effect of treatment was observed between the two groups,and the pelvic floor muscle strength and pelvic organ prolapse were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the incidence of complications was counted.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.50%,higher than 75.00%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength of classⅠandⅡin the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the degree of pelvic organ prolapse in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%,lower than 25.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early pelvic floor muscle training combined with electrical stimulation can promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function,reduce pelvic organ prolapse and the incidence of complications.
