摘要
目的研究踝关节骨折患者联合采用经皮微创空心螺钉内固定与消肿活血汤的临床疗效.方法选取我院2020年1月—2021年5月收治的92例踝关节骨折患者为研究对象,采用奇偶数分组法分为对照组与观察组,每组46例.对照组采用经皮微创空心螺钉内固定治疗,观察组采用经皮微创空心螺钉内固定与消肿活血汤治疗.观察并对比两组临床疗效.结果治疗14 d后,观察组中医证候积分、数字评分法评分及白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗14 d后,观察组美国足踝外科医师协会踝—后足评分系统评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论踝关节骨折患者联合采用经皮微创空心螺钉内固定与消肿活血汤治疗,可有效改善其临床症状,减轻炎症反应,促进其踝关节功能恢复.
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of combined percutaneous minimally invasive cannulated screw internal fixation and Xiaozhong Huoxue decoction in patients with ankle fractures.Methods A total of 92 patients with ankle fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group and an observation group by odd-even grouping,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with percutaneous minimally invasive cannulated screw internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with percutaneous minimally invasive cannulated screw internal fixation and Xiaozhong Huoxue decoction.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.Results After 14 days of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,numerical rating scale score,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis facto-αlevels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the American orthopaedic foot and ankle society ankle-hindfoot scoring system score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined percutaneous minimally invasive cannulated screw internal fixation and Xiaozhong Huoxue decoction in patients with ankle fractures can effectively improve their clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory response,and promote the recovery of ankle joint function.
