摘要
目的分析情绪疏通法联合针对性护理对穴位透刺法治疗面肌痉挛患者心理状态以及配合度的影响.方法选择我院于2019年5月—2020年8月收治的面肌痉挛患者96例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组48例.两组均采用穴位透刺治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用情绪疏通法联合针对性护理.对比两组患者干预前后治疗配合度、心理状态及护理满意度.结果观察组治疗配合度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表、焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论情绪疏通法联合针对性护理能够缓解面肌痉挛患者因疾病、治疗导致的紧张、恐惧心理,提升治疗配合度及护理满意度.
Objective To analyze the influence of emotional dredging method combined with targeted nursing on the psychological state and cooperation degree of patients with hemifacial spasm treated by acupoint penetration acupuncture.Methods A total of 96 patients with hemifacial spasm who were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with acupoint penetration acupuncture.On this basis,the control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with emotional dredging method combined with targeted nursing.The treatment cooperation,psychological state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results The treatment cooperation degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and anxiety self-rating scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional dredging method combined with targeted nursing can relieve the tension and fear caused by disease and treatment in patients with hemifacial spasm,and improve treatment cooperation and nursing satisfaction.
