高压氧联合多奈哌齐对阿尔茨海默症患者认知功能、日常生活活动能力的影响

Effects of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Donepezil on Cognitive Function and Activities of Daily Living in Patients with Alzheimer's Disease

摘要 目的探讨高压氧联合多奈哌齐在阿尔兹海默症(AD)患者中的治疗效果.方法选取2019年3月—2021年3月我院收治的86例AD患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例.对照组采用多奈哌齐治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合高压氧治疗.对比两组临床疗效、认知功能、日常生活活动能力、血清内皮素-1(ET-1)水平及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组治疗总有效率95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组认知功能、日常生活活动能力、ET-1水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组简易精神状态量表、日常生活能力评定量表评分均高于对照组,ET-1水平低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论高压氧联合多奈哌齐可增强AD治疗效果,改善认知功能与日常生活活动能力,降低ET-1水平. Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with donepezil in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods A total of 86 AD patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with donepezil,and the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cognitive function,activities of daily living,serum endothelin-1(ET-1)levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in cognitive function,activities of daily living,and ET-1 levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of simple mental state scale and daily living ability rating scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of ET-1 was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with donepezil can enhance the therapeutic effect of AD,improve cognitive function and activities of daily living,and reduce the level of ET-1.
