摘要
目的研究泌尿外科常见腹腔镜手术围术期护理过程中应用快速康复外科(FTS)理念的临床价值.方法选取2018年7月—2021年5月于佛山市第五人民医院外二科和中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二二医院泌尿外科接受腹腔镜手术治疗的82例泌尿外科患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为研究组及对照组,每组41例.对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组则接受FTS理念指导的护理干预.分析并对比两组相关临床指标、术后并发症发生情况、干预前后心理状态变化情况.结果研究组首次排气时间、尿管留置时间、静脉输液时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,研究组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论FTS理念应用于泌尿外科腹腔镜手术围术期护理中的临床价值较高,有助于促进患者康复,减少并发症的发生,改善患者心理状态.
Objective To study the clinical value of applying the concept of fast track surgery(FTS)in the perioperative nursing process of common laparoscopic surgery in urology.Methods A total of 82 urological patients who received laparoscopic surgery from July 2018 to May 2021 in the Second Department of Surgery of the Fifth People's Hospital of Foshan and the Department of Urology of the 922nd Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistics Support Force were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into a study group and a control group by random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the study group received nursing intervention guided by the concept of FTS.The related clinical indicators,postoperative complications,and changes in psychological state before and after intervention were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The first exhaust time,urinary catheter indwelling time,intravenous infusion time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of FTS concept in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic urology surgery has high clinical value,which helps to promote the recovery of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the psychological state of patients.
