摘要
目的探讨八段锦联合身心康复护理对肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏、生活质量及心理水平的影响.方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月南通市通州区人民医院肿瘤科收治的78例肺癌化疗患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组39例.对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用八段锦联合身心康复护理.比较两组患者护理前后的癌因性疲乏(RPFS)评分、生活质量(QLQ-C30)评分及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分.结果护理前,两组的各项RPFS评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的各项RPFS评分均低于护理前,且研究组评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,两组的各项QLQ-C30评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的各项QLQ-C30评分均高于护理前,且研究组评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,两组患者的SAS评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组的SAS评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论肺癌化疗患者采用八段锦联合身心康复护理的效果显著,能够显著减轻其癌因性疲乏,缓解焦虑情绪,提升生活质量,值得推广.
Objective To investigate the effects of Baduanjin combined with physical and mental rehabilitation nursing on cancer-induced fatigue,quality of life and psychological level who were admitted to patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods A total of 78 patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy who were admitted to the Department of Oncology,Tongzhou District People's Hospital,Nantong city from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 39 patients in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the research group adopted Baduanjin combined with physical and mental rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The cancer-induced fatigue(RPFS)scores,quality of life(QLQ-C30)scores and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in RPFS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the RPFS scores of the two groups were lower than before,and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in QLQ-C30 scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,QLQ-C30 scores of both groups were higher than before,and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistical significance in SAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baduanjin combined with physical and mental rehabilitation nursing has a significant effect on lung cancer chemotherapy patients,which can significantly reduce cancer-related fatigue,relieve anxiety and improve the quality of life,which is worth promoting.
